This newly redesigned (for the 22/23 season) "G3" Alcan model from Hippo Hands delivers better-than-ever coverage with an integrated sleeve gasket on top of its already best-in-class coverage for a motorcycle hand cover.

The Alcan was made for the archetype ADV bike—the big BMW 12000/1250 GS range, but it works just as well on big KTM, Africa Twins, and pretty much any big bike with factory or aftermarket handguards in place*.

At 12 inches deep, the Alcans completely protect the rider’s hands and forearms, even in sleet or heavy rain conditions. Best suited for rain-or-shine commutes, or longer, multi-day rides where weather can change quickly.

These Hand Covers install in seconds and allow you to say goodbye to frozen digits as you cheat the weather to pick up a couple extra months of comfortable “off-season” riding.

Hippo Hands has a four different models that fit a range of bikes.  optimized for BMW GS bikes and the like, is the deepest in the range, with a full 12 inches of coverage going all the way up the rider’s forearm.

The slightly smaller  by comparison is just slightly smaller, offering 10.5 inches of hand-swallowing depth, and may be slightly be better suited for riders who spend a lot of time on their pegs and working through a rider range of motion.

The smallest and most minimal of the lineup is the , which is shallower at 9-inches-deep than its bigger brothers is best suited for naked standard bikes, such as the Ducati Scramber, or lighter-weight dirt bikes, where the rider will be moving around the bike to keep control of their bike on a trail.
